Salt & Pegram were appointed to help specify, procure and install the special furniture for their headquarters at Africa House. We worked closely with MDR’s COO, Chairman and key Senior Partners as well as the design team throughout the entire process to build and deliver a furniture package that was not only fit for purpose but one that was innovative for the sector. The main meeting room suite on the 1st floor was a considered balance of rooms that had a residential feel but retained the demeanor that was expected. The client was acutely aware of budget appropriation. Some internal areas had to be hugely flexible and have ample power and data available whilst staying cost effective. We were able to work with our strong portfolio of manufacturers to source durable but agile furniture that met both the brief and the budget.
